The Effingham County Rebels couldn’t overcome a poor shooting night and couldn’t hold on to a late lead against Bradwell Institute. The Rebels shot just 37 percent from the field and hit fewer than half their free throws in a 45-41 Region 3-AAAAA basketball setback Friday night.
