Effingham County senior Isiah Royal will get a chance to wrestle for a third consecutive state championship, after placing second in the Class AAAAA sectionals Saturday at Allatoona High School. Royal lost to Allatoona’s Will Formato 2-1 in the 126-pound championship match.
