Effingham County’s playoff chances took a hit Friday as visiting Glynn Academy downed the Rebels 35-14 on homecoming night. The Red Terrors took a 28-0 lead into the fourth quarter in raising their record to 5-3 overall and 4-2 in Region 3-AAAAA.
